Deconstructing from fundamentalist thinking challenges me the most when a viewpoint is tied to an emotion. I tend to feel my opinions as well as think them. Do you do that?
I know people who just think what they think without emotions. Or feel what they feel, without really knowing why. But I’m think-feeler. Or a feel-thinker. This means that what I think I tend to feel with passion, and passion causes me to lean into binaries.
I’m working on feeling strongly about something without black-and-white extremes.
