I’ve been thinking about Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. It’s a pyramid of needs that must be met in order for humanity to reach its highest potential. I recently learned that Maslow’s pyramid came from the Black Foot tribe who’d already articulated it. To me, this suggests he wasn’t as evolved as he presented—an actualized human shouldn’t feel motivated to steal, in my opinion.
