Thank you for writing this. There's so much I WANT to say to my MAGA family/friends, but in my heart I know it's not the most helpful things to say. Your article helps me to prepare a tangible plan. Thank YOU

This is so wise and so human. And so right.

Thank you Tia ❤️ Your compassion and empathy are a guiding light through this storm we are traveling together. May we never completely lose sight of each other and our shared humanity.

This is sharp, Tia. And necessary.

You named what this really is. Not just political unraveling. Spiritual betrayal. MAGA wasn't just a movement. It was a liturgy. And betrayal by the high priest hits somewhere logic can’t touch.

People didn’t just believe Trump. They sacrificed to him. Family. Truth. Sanity. All for a promised reckoning that never came. Now the messiah won't even open the Epstein files. The prophecy is boxed up like expired merch.

Yes, the cracks are showing. But cracks aren’t awakenings. They’re injuries. Shaky ground. Panic, not clarity.

And you’re right. This part is messy. There’s no polished exit from a cult. Just fragments. Stammering. Half-truths and second guesses.

The real work? Not dunking. Not gloating. It’s knowing when to hold a mirror instead of a torch. That takes more strength than it looks.

If they come, they’ll come in pieces. Let’s meet them like we remember what that felt like.
